Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. If your order is expected to take longer than this window, we’ll reach out to you directly with an update.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders. Packages are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on what’s being shipped and current carrier rates.

Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Delays & Lost Packages
While we work hard to ensure every package arrives on time, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues or holidays.
If your package is lost or stolen, we’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly and can often send a replacement. Please contact us right away if there’s a problem with delivery.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we’re happy to reship it—but a new shipping charge may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process a refund or exchange as needed.
